I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We are committed to ensuring the prompt dispatch of your orders. Please account for a production time of 3-5 business days, along with an additional 1-2 business days for shipping preparation. Standard USPS postal shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Please be aware that during the summer months, we abstain from shipping body butters to prevent melting. However, production of all other products will proceed as usual. You can trust that tracking numbers will be provided within 1-3 business days after shipment. What is the shelf life of Seya Pearls products?
Our products are crafted from entirely natural ingredients and are free of preservatives, boasting an average shelf life of 12 months. For optimal retention of benefits and nutrients, we recommend using the products within the first 6 months.
I am confused about the size of the body butter jars. Could you clarify why the product pictures don't seem to align with the available size variants?
We meticulously whip our products to 100% perfection, resulting in a soft and airy texture. The intensive whipping process creates air bubbles that expand the butter. To accommodate this whipped texture, we use larger jars that accurately display the net weight of the product. No need to worry—just a small amount goes a long way!
When I received my product, it was melted. What can I do?
Our products are crafted from all-natural ingredients, free from synthetic stabilizers, fillers, or preservatives. Please be aware that temperature fluctuations during transit may cause melting or color changes. Rest assured, this does not affect the quality of the product, only its appearance. If such changes occur, store the product in a cool, dark place, or refrigerate to solidify.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we aim to address any issues promptly. In the case of a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange. You have a 7-day window to initiate the exchange process by contacting us at info@seyapearls.com. Upon acceptance of your exchange request, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
